SWAPPING WORLD Begins

With all the problems we are experiencing internationally because of the financial situations nobody except Craigslist has come up with a viable way to make ourselves happy with things in general. I joined a book swap 2 years ago but as with all things, it became expensive. None of us wants expensive. We want to keep things simple. Hence I have decided to create my own swapshop if you like. I live in a country that actually is almost 3rd world, with 1st world ideas that have not been implemented - hence those of us living here yearn for things we cannot get normally. So why not form a international community of people who would like to swap things. So what kind of things are you willing to swap out for? I am a collector of WW1 & 2 relics, old Wine, first edition books, a Steiff bear, Classic Trek posters, vinyl rock records in mint from the 50's, an original Beauty and the Beast painting, just a few things in my list of collectibles which I no longer want to collect. A whole suitcase of stamps from 1800's to 1960. Maybe somebody would like them for something else. A straight swap for something you don't want and maybe I would like. Anyway let me know what you think of the idea.
